"A wonderful property in an old Palazzo. Very nicely decorated. Friendly staff. However, they did not explain well enough, how the spa are and that we need a three hour notice before we can use it and that the steam room in the room was not working, a room was quite small for a hotel of the stature "

"Stayed here for a wedding. Pool and hotel were clean and comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff at weren’t very friendly when needed assistance with things and failed to make a dinner reservation when I asked them to. They weren’t able to seat me at the restaurant. Staff didn’t seem to like English speaking guests and found us more a nuisance. "
