"The location of this house is spectacular! Beautiful view of the Intercostal ! I was so excited to share this house with friends and family. There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. "Comfortable clean space, nicely appointed, with decent kitchen and large lanai. But realize the pool is NOT heated, rendering it useless December thru mid March. The hot tub leaks so it can only be filled enough to warm your legs and seat. Pool guy says it’s been that way for a long time. AC doesn’t work, coffee maker leaks, and some chairs can’t be safely used due to wobbly or broken legs."
