« Unfortunately, the condition upon arrival was unacceptable.
• Bathroom sink would not drain
• Mattress and pad had a large visible urine stain and pillows had stains
• Mold in bathroom, chairs with food and mold under cushions
• Kitchen dishes, utensils and cookware sparse and very worn
• Overall cleanliness below reasonable standards
When we contacted BnB My Place, they refused to speak by phone and required photo documentation before taking any action. Their published “emergency” number...
