The beach access was so convenient, chairs for the beach located on the walkway so we didnt have to use the ones we brought. Pool was in the sun morning to early afternoon but in the heat of the day was shaded and very comfortable. Only issues incountered were light switches not working anything and figuring outlets out and a couple missing blind slats that made it impossible to keep light from the living room off the beach for the turtles.
