No need to have to drive a car during your stay since you are in the heart of the beach with restaurants and entertainment galore! If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The back yard is fenced in, so your dog can run freely! The second full bathroom is detached under the covered porch. No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Please agreement required to be signed prior to check in for bookings. Garage is manual operation. Please give advance notice if you will be using the garage for parking to ensure usability as it is very small. Driveway: 14ft Wide x 30ft Long. 3 cars can fit, but a 4th can only fit if the other 3 are all compact cars. $20 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month Thursdays is when the pool technician services the pool. This house is on a quiet street within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, pier, restaurants etc. My husband and I didn't get back into our car until we were leaving. This is quite likely the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, some people confuse dated with dirty, the bathroom is a little dated but immaculate- the rest of the house is completely renovated and very well done. The king bed and couch were extremely comfortable and the AC kept the house cool even in the intense July heat. The fenced-in yard has plenty of seating and some cute added features that we didn't take advantage of (we are empty nesters with just furry kids now), it would definitely keep young children entertained. Then we get there and the cowboy pool is dirty. we cant even use it until the next day which is unprofessional especially after i had to pay extra and cant even use the pool on the property. They should have gave me the extra money they charged me back. There arent any tvs in the bedrooms so we couldnt even relax in the rooms. Apr 17, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Disappointed and Frustrated – Would Not Rent Rented this property for a family getaway, mainly because it advertised a pool—which turned out to be completely unusable. The water was stagnant and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. I messaged the host daily and kept getting the same vague response: “Someone will be there ASAP.” Spoiler: no one ever showed. Try explaining to a heartbroken 4-year-old why she can’t swim in what looks like a swamp.To make matters worse, I’m still waiting on my security deposit. They claimed it was “processed” on April 7th, even though I checked out on April 3rd. It’s now April 17th, and surprise—they’ve stopped responding to my messages entirely.The property itself was meh—decent enough for the price, but the backyard was a mess and not maintained. Between the false advertising, poor communication, and missing deposit, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The pool gets 4 stars but I I have my own pool which I'm sort of a nut about but the weather was pretty crappy. My only suggestion would be to have a pool net available. Parking can be pretty tight but we made it work with my friends Tundra and my Rogue. Would definitely stay again! ##### Kandy R. It was also close to the beach and boardwalk. Property was exactly as described. Very clean! Owner was always quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean. The backyard should have been cleaned up and the accessibility to functioning water hoses would have been great. Loved having a washer and dryer and being so close to the beach. I'm not sure why others were "worried" about the neighborhood. There is NOTHING unsafe about the area. Across the street is the conference center which had events at it and the neighborhood houses were just as lovely. Chris was very helpful answering all my questions and we loved there were beach chairs and an umbrella. We left a boogie and skim board for future guests. Thanks again Chris! ##### Jennifer F.
