"This is a budget accommodation that delivered exactly what I was expecting. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool was clean. It’s not fancy, decor a bit dated, but the folks were friendly and i felt comfortable and safe there. Convenient drive to West Dennis beach. Very reasonable price for summer on cape cod. Would definitely stay again if I needed a budget friendly option. "

"Owner and staff were so friendly.
I only stayed 1 night but had an awesome time coz the info they gave to see the sunset at gtay's beech and sunrise at sea gull beach was such an amazing experience for a short trip like this. I shall cherish this moment here all the time and i thank you. Everyone made this trip so memorable and wanting to come back here again.
The room is also clean, quiet and bed is comfortable, price was unbelievaly reasonable.
I will be back soon."
