** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

Fun Family Weekend

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Reserving the property was easy and convenient. However, the listing should be updated as it states this is a brand new property; it is not. The special value in the heading is misleading as well. The nightly rate was more than similar and and larger properties in the area, but we did not have flexibility in our travels dates so we decided to stay here. Communication with the property owners was great!! Emily was very responsive when we needed assistance with entering the community and the townhome. She also checked in to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The pictures online were true of the property as far as decor and furnishings. We were however disappointed with the size of the private pool. It didn't meet the expectations of a home that accommodates up to 14 people or our previous experiences with homes from vrbo. One of the community pools/ splash pads was within walking distance so that is a plus of you have the opportunity to go. Having a washer and dryer in the home was convenient and necessary. One towel is provided for each guest, but the home did not provide towels for the pool. I would suggest designated pool towels and a bathmat for each shower for safety and comfort. There was 1 hand towel in each bathroom which we used for this purpose. The outside space was cozy. A light around the pool would be nice. It's rather dark even with the lights in the pool on. Overall comfortable and convenient. Publix is 5 min away!

Nice clean place

The location, cleanliness, and up keep of this town house were excellent. We enjoyed the heated pool also. However, there is construction going on behind the house that starts at 4 am and continues until at least noon. It makes sleeping and enjoying the pool difficult. It looks like this will continue for quite awhile until the houses are built. If not for the construction, this would have been a perfect place to visit Disneyworld and the other parks. As we do not have children to do parks with, our hope had been to quietly enjoy the area, walking, the pool and visiting family. The noise made it hard as it started in the wee hours of the morning.

Looking worn

House has seen better days. Towel bars and hooks are falling off the walls. Lots of cosmetic issues. Construction was literally happening within feet of our pool beginning at 8 am. Pool was dirty and mold was growing many places outside. Check in and out was easy, but the gate and security were a joke. They just waved us in every time and never checked passes. Property is described as 10 minutes to Disney. Not even close. Plan at least 45 minutes commute. With HEAVY TRAFFIC. The neighborhood amenities were two plus miles away and had to be driven to. Not a walkable community. Beds and pillows seemed cheaper and were fine. We had a nice time at the house, but won’t be staying again.

Shopping Getaway

My family and I stayed here to do some back to school shopping. It was a convenient location to all of the places we visited, outside of the I-4 traffic (can't help that). The house received a 4 in cleanliness because there were a few things, I thought were a little questionable. For example,, after pulling back my sheets, I found toilet tissue in the bed. The comforter had bleach spots on it. There was also a room that was locked, which looked a little suspicious. Anyway, over all nothing we couldn't live with and the kids enjoyed the pool. We did not contact the property manager, therfore, we rated a 3.

Good time at the house ,only issue was ,it wasn't cleaned when we arrived..called manager and she set us up at another rental for the night (ours was cleaned the next morning) besides that stay was good. Would come back .

Very nice place!

I traveled with my daughter, her 3 grown children, my granddaughter and her husband and child, 3. The property was exactly as the pictures showed. Trying to get into the gated area took 45 minutes to get checked in. They allow you to go to the property at 4:00. Therefore you have everyone who’s a guest, trying to go through 1 gate. The place was clean but some of the towels need to be replaced. We also noticed that the utensils were scarce. But those were all minor issues. It was a great place and we enjoyed it!

Lovely spot.

Loved my stay here. It was 5 adults and 4 children. The space was big enough that we didn't feel on top of each other. Owners were responsive. My only hang up is due to new development gps dis not get us to location. Through conversations with owner we found it. Our gps stopped right at the opening for champions gate by a 711. If you keep straight and turn right at the 2nd light (passing omni resort on uour left) keep going turn left on bella cita, turn right on whistling and then right on the pebble beach street.

Very luxury !!!

We had this property for 7 days ! Staying there was amazing the house is very clean and luxury, very close to shopping centers , 18 min from disney world parks , i highly recomend this property, owner was very nice and let us check out late for free !
