** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.

This was the first time i ever had to give such a review first off the beds were comfortable, but it went down hill after that we sat in the rain 2 hours because a email that i have confirmation for never reached them therefore we were not allowed on property, it took us over and hour to get a response from the host and she stated it was my fault and, mind you that same night there were multiple cars being turned away for the same problem, then once we reached the house the house was very out dated, and the owner was a ghost to any concerns you may have had., we could not open the freezer to the fridge without the handle breaking off , the pipe came a loose under the sink and i was cooking and all of a sudden the floor and my feet were soaking wet there was no extra toilet paper trash bags or complimentary nothing you better had gone to store before check in if you had to use the rest room, the game room is a joke the pool sticks were broken and there was very little for any child to do. She had a hot tub that had to be heated 5 days before you arrive if you wanted it heated a pool man cleaned the pool 1 day that we were there and we stayed 5 days with children in and out the pool so imagine what that looked like ,we did not even have a net to clean it ourselves. The kitchen was a hot mess the utensils were ok but if you have a big family bring your own pots and pans and dish towels and pot holders my advice pick another house you will be disappointed,

Great House that needs a little TLC

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. When we checked in the dishwasher, garbage disposal, TV in the Elsa room, and dryer did not work. The property manager was very responsive and by the end of our stay everything was fixed. It was unfortunate that we had to discover all of these issues after checking in for our stay.Many of the issues were easily repaired with a little cleaning. It is a little frustrating to rent a home and be required to pay a large cleaning fee only to find issues directly related to cleaning issues. A deep clean on this house would definitely make it a 10/10!

Destination Wedding

Had approximately 20 people in our group . The bedrooms we're property placed and spacious. Overall we were happy with the house. We paid to have the pool and jacuzzi heated but apparently the actuator was not working properly but the host was very prompt and had someone out immediately. One thing that was EXTREMELY important was the air conditioning upstairs and it definitely did not disappoint!! I would definitely stay here again.

We were in Florida for Nationals for our AAU team. The property was in a great neighborhood and in very good condition. We really enjoyed the comfortable and relaxing environment. We would definitely book this property again. Our host Emily responded to all questions promptly.

Needs maintenance-unsafe

I will start with the the one positive. The beds were nice and comfortable. After that… we’ll, it was terrible. The dirt and dust in the corners of showers and baseboards was thick, there was a strong smell of urine on the down stairs couch and in the utility room, blinds broken, toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall and was just dangling, same with the curtain rod. The carpets are beyond disgusting and the carpet tack strip going into the master bathroom was exposed and and we stepped on it multiple times, drawing blood. the air hockey table had a slice in the cord and it shocked the crap out of my 12 year old son. The handle on the freezer door was ripped off, 1towel and 1 wash rag for an 8 day stay is obviously not sufficient. No pool towels, Walls were banged up and need repainting. Stains and chunks all over the lamp shades, most furnitures is worn and has rips and holes. When I asked or gave the owners notice of some of these issues during the stay all that was said is “we will let our team know” nothing was done to right any of this during our stay. Don’t waste your money. I do not write reviews often, but this one pushed all of us over the edge. It was gross, and flat out unsafe. Location for Disney was not great as there is construction on the freeway that added 10-20 extra minutes to our commute. I have stayed in 20-25 vrbo’s and this is the first negative review I have ever written.

Nice place to stay close to Disney

We had a few small issues when we first arrived at this property. One of them being the pool heat not working however, Emily the host was very responsive and did get most of the issues fixed. The things that were not fixed: a lot of the chairs and outside furniture are still broken and we’re not replaced. It seems like the maintenance of the home is just a little bit lacking. Overall, it was still a nice place to stay and a very large home. Very close to grocery stores, shopping, and Disney. Just could use a little bit more attention by the maintenance staff.

Spacious home for large groups

Overall the property was good. Not having lights overhead in the bedrooms was different but we made due with the lamps. Check-in was super smooth with no issues. There is not a grill for those wanting to grill. There was a drawer in the kitchen that was completely missing I’m assuming because it was broken at one time. No pot holders so bring those. All the essentials needs to be brought. Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent need to be brought. The property is close to a Publix so that made grabbing the items easier. It was a nice stay.

Adequate, but underwhelming

The property is good for large groups, but that's it. There's a lot of inadequacies. While the property is reasonably close to theme parks, traffic is significant, so it takes an extra 10-20 minutes to get there. The house itself is only sufficient in its number of rooms. It's lacking a lot in hospitality: -Existing pots and pans are minimal and not very good. -No kitchen towels or oven mits. -No measuring cups/teaspoons/tablespoons. -We had to buy our own cookie sheet and can opener...which we left -No salt/pepper -No cleaning supplies -No laundry baskets -No extra blankets -No extra paper towels or toilet paper -WASHING MACHINE IS CRAZY LOUD! -When we arrived, most of the windows were either open or unlocked, a security concern with young children (not sure most people would even check this). -In the garage: The pool table only had one pool stick and no chalk. The air hockey table was missing a portion of the table surface. -NO CEILING LIGHT FIXTURES IN AT LEAST 3 OF THE ROOMS. Lamps on night tables were the only lights in these rooms, so the rooms were dark at night and hard to find the lamp light switch. (Had to use our phone flashlight so as to see where the lamp was.) -Pool was supposed to be heated all week, but it never got to above lukewarm temperature. The spa frequently got too low to continue to use the jets. -Security gate around the pool was broken, making safety an issue for our group's younger children. -Backyards very close together, making noise an issue when nearby houses were playing music or using the pool. -VERY LITTLE WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWERS. -VERY LITTLE HOT WATER AVAILABLE FOR A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE (which the house is supposed to accommodate). -The bottom bunk mattress was sunken down, and the slats of the bed were broken when we arrived. We had to take the mattress off and fix the slats ourselves for the mattress to be level and safe. -Crib mattress was inadequate/sunken down, a clear safety issue. We had to buy our own mattress. -NO projector or screen in the common area as advertised. -AC cannot go below 72 degrees (it gets hot with a lot of people in the house). -NO CEILING FANS ANYWHERE. -Blinds missing slats Basically, this house accommodates a large number of people, but it's otherwise lackluster. Be prepared to buy all basic amenities. It's overpriced for what you get, and it's going to cost you more money to stay here. We stay in a lot of VRBO's, and this one was one of the least impressive. -
