    La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un réfrigérateur, une machine à glaçons, une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes, l'élimination des ordures, un grille-pain, une cafetière, des ustensiles de cuisine, de la vaisselle et des ustensiles. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous.

    La grande chambre principale a un luxueux lit king-size avec une salle de bain privée. Profitez d'une télévision dans l'intimité de votre chambre. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size et partage une salle de bain complète avec la troisième chambre, qui a deux lits jumeaux. La chambre lits jumeaux vient d'être refaite dans un thème Mickey Mouse. C'est délicieux. Le canapé du salon s'ouvre sur un lit double.

    La piscine chauffée possède une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec des chaises longues et un mobilier de salle à manger avec parasol. Vous passerez des heures dans la piscine à vous détendre entre les parcs à thème.

    La buanderie séparée a une laveuse, une sécheuse, un fer et une planche à repasser.

We had a great experience staying in this home. It was very clean and comfortable. Pool was heated and wonderful! Close proximity to Disney. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location

This is an immaculate home in a fantastic location. Very spacious. Loads of towels and a great pool. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Very close to disney and a great choice of restaurants and shops 5 - 10 minutes away.

The property owner Michele was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had and she answered you back promptly! The home and the pool were Great and the location of the home was only mins away from WalMart, restaurants, and Disney theme parks 🤗We really enjoyed our stay at this home!

Wonderful!

Booking and communication with Michelle excellent! We arrived at the villa and everything was fantastic. Fresh, clean, well equipped…. Everything we could possibly need for a home away from home. Great location. Minutes from the Disney circuit. I would absolutely return here and highly recommend to any future guests.

Christmas vacation

Everything was wonderful. Only issue was some ants in the bathrooms and a slight smell from the garbage disposal/sink. Neither of which would prevent us from coming back. Loved this place

One of my favs

The property was just as advertised. It was well-kept and well stocked with appliances that you would need if you were cooking in. The location was very quiet in close proximity to everything, especially Disney World! The check-in process was very easy and the property manager communicated very quickly about my concerns getting the TV connected to the cable. The pool was very nice. If I had one critique, it would be that the blinds need to be replaced because there were some missing. I will definitely stay there again when I travel back to Florida.

Great location perfect for our little family

This rental was very nice. We were a family of 6 (2 infants). The size was perfect for us. Beds were good size, house was very clean, felt like a hotel with some of the accommodations (dish soap, dish scrubber, hand soap, Toilet paper, towels). Listing was exactly how described. LOVED the heated pool. One morning was low 70’s with a slight chill and the kids loved being able to go for a morning swim. Pool was bigger then expected. Hosts were very nice and extremely accommodating and friendly. They were able to accommodate an early check in of a few hours, after a very long drive. A little traffic at night on the way back home from the parks but only a 10 min drive without traffic to Disney parks. Great food and shopping around the corner. Target and Starbucks only 5 mins away. We would stay again.

Great place to stay

This house was great for my family of 3, week long stay. Great location, with lots of stores and restaurants very close. We were at the Orange County Convention Center for a 4 day volleyball tournament, which is conveniently 10 miles away. We didn’t visit the theme parks, but they are also very close.-Beds and couches are comfortable. There are plenty of blankets and (very flat) pillows available.-We didn’t love that you can’t add streaming services to use your personal log in on the TVs (with a warning that you’ll be charged if you change anything), but not a deal breaker. -The pool was perfect! Very clean and well maintained. The pool noodles were pretty used and fell apart when we tried to use. The floaties were also well loved; I’d recommend getting a couple cheap ones at Walmart if you plan to use the pool a lot.-I knew from the prior reviews there would be very little toilet paper and paper towels for use, but was surprised to see there also were only 2 dishwasher and 2 washer tablets, so you’ll need to buy more. The dishwasher is very old and really didn’t clean the dishes, even after 2 washes. There is also only one garbage bag for use. I was also surprised that there are NO basic spices, not even salt and pepper. Every VRBO I’ve stayed at before provides all the above mentioned basic items, and even leftover condiments from prior stays, so this was disappointing and I hated having to throw away barely used condiments instead of letting the next person use them.

Ok on the surface but then after initial impressions, as the stay progressed we discovered that the property is run down with broken things and things not working adequately. Lost 5 pool days to unprepared pool and maintenance..when attempting to address the issues with the owner her exact reply was "what.ever.",..unhelpful and rude, and failed to fix broken blinds and continual problem of ants streaming in through front bedroom window which has a gap that cannot be closed, leaving things unresolved. What is not disclosed in the listing is that the property is managed by Horizon. Having stayed in Horizon managed properties previously, had I known..i would not have rented to stay. In my experience these properties including this one are much in need of updating even for the basics... Dead ants all under bedroom window so not cleaned adequately. Leaking sink. Bathroom fans don't work. Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes and has very much seen better days. When the heating failed during colder days Horizon failed to respond to message left on out of hours voicemail and we were left cold at night for the last two nights of our stay. Towels old and scratchy, cutlery dirty in drawers. Mattresses on the beds are uncomfortable to the point springs can be felt and heard with every turn especially in the king bed. Neighbours unfriendly, taking photos and standing staring whilst we were sat by pool. A car charging in the garage throughout our stay. I would not recommend this property!

Fantastique !!!

Superbe villa, très facile à trouver, excellent emplacement géographique, propreté méticuleuse ! Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis chez nous dans cette charmante et spacieuse villa décorée avec beaucoup de soin et d'une propreté impeccable. Les enfants ont adorés leur chambre à thème Mickey. La cuisine américaine ouverte sur la salle à manger était idéale pour discuter tout en cuisinant et passer les plats. Les équipements de la cuisine étaient très facile d'utilisation. Très grande capacité du réfrigérateur à noter. La suite parentale était dotée d'un lit king size et d'une salle de bain privative vaste, agréable et pratique. Nous avons apprécié que les fenêtres de la suite parentale donnent vue sur la piscine: on pouvait facilement garder un oeil sur les enfants. La piscine était un pur moment de bonheur pour des moments détentes en famille, nous avons même vu des écureuils traverser la pelouse pendant que nous nous baignions. Les propriétaires ont été à notre écoute et ont tout fait pour que nous passions un séjour enchanteur: nos attentes ont été dépassées!! Par exemple, nous avons eu une ampoule grillée dans la salle de bain, le réparateur est venue la changer dans l'heure qui a suivi notre appel. Un grand merci à Michèle et Hendrick Vacation Homes ! Nous recommandons chaudement cette location ! Superb villa, very easy to find, excellent geographical location, scrupulously clean! We immediately felt at home in this charming and spacious villa decorated with great care and meticulously clean. The kids adored their Mickey themed room. The kitchen opened to the dining room was ideal to talk while cooking and to spend the dishes. The kitchen facilities were very easy to use. Large capacity refrigerator. The master bedroom had a king size bed and a large private bathroom, pleasant and convenient. We liked that the windows of the master bedroom give view of the pool: you could easily keep an eye on children. The pool was a great moment for relaxation times in family, we even saw squirrels across the lawn while we bathed. The owners have been listening to us and did everything to ensure we had a magical stay: our expectations were exceeded !! For example, we had a light bulb in the bathroom, the repairman came to change it in the hour that followed our call. A big thank you to Michele and Hendrick Vacation Homes! We highly recommend this property!

Definitely worth the stay!

This home was perfect for our Florida vacation. After we spent time at the theme parks we returned to this beautiful home and relaxed. It had all the comforts of home plus a bonus…a pool!

Would Definitely Rent Again!

My family and I rented this property for four days and our experience was excellent. The property is as it is shown in the pictures. We did not leave the property other than to buy food and the heated pool kept us more than entertained. The host is essy to reach and very responsive. We arrived late on a Sunday night and wanted to hit the pool right away. Afterwards we wanted to put our swimsuits and the towels we used in the dryer. The dryer, unfortunately, was not working. I waited to contact Michele until Monday morning and she responded immediately. Not only that she had a new dryer delivered by Wednesday before we left! Talk about customer service. Michele and Bill were outstanding. I would not hesitate to rent this property again and would certainly recommend it to others.

Beautiful house & pool. Perfect location for the convention center and all theme parks. Extremely helpful & polite owners. We use VRBO quite a bit & this was, by far, one of the best stays.

Disney House

The house gorgeous. Our time those three days was not bad and we had a lot of fun. The managers were helpful in any problems we came across with and responded fairly quickly. The pool was nice we all enjoyed it to the fullest. The only thing that we had a problem with was the air at night because it was too hot and the beds were a little hard. But overall we had a nice time and we really recommend this place to future families.

Beautiful home, inviting pool and lanai. Spacious and well stocked.

Overall great. Some cleanliness concerns, bathroom sinks and mirrors were not clean, some of the carpet has not been vacuumed. Otherwise great!
