The Space:
This 1,247 sq ft ground-floor condo is perfect for a family or larger groups traveling to the vacation capital of the world and visiting Disney and surrounding theme parks. The condo is located in a resort community called Vista Cay by Millenium, one of the best condo resorts in the area because they specialize in premium, personalized service with amenities.
The main spaces of the condo:
- A luminous living room with a large, comfortable sectional sofa and lounging area with a TV. It’s perfect for downtime moments together at home.
- There is a dining room next to the living area with a nice table that can seat six people for a relaxed meal at home at any time. Great to dine in and save money too! You could also use the table as a laptop-friendly workspace if you’re a remote worker and must get work done.
- There is a fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances oven/stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. for preparing meals at home.
- 3 bedrooms (all have TVs!) and 2 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 6 people as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed (master) with an ensuite bathroom
BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed
BEDROOM 3: 2 Twin beds
- There’s a private patio with a table and chairs to sip a morning coffee or read a book in the fresh air and breathe in the lush green landscape.
- There’s a washer and a dryer in the unit for convenience.
- There’s a parking lot directly in front of the condo with tons of free parking. You can park anywhere; it’s on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The Vista Cay Resort community is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World and minutes away from all the other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. The condo is also conveniently located within a short drive to major superstores such as Walmart and Target, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. The condo is in a family-friendly community surrounded by Florida’s lush beauty and tranquil views. It’s a warm relaxing getaway place.
Vista Cay offers incredible resort-style amenities like a clubhouse, pools, poolside bar, BBQ pits, and picnic tables, a theater room, an arcade and game room, billiard tables, kids splash pool and playground, a fitness center, sports courts, a sundries shop, and an awesome two-mile jogging trail along the lake.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. And, of course, access to the resort amenities on site.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you have resort-like amenities and other activities such as:
- A clubhouse with 2 pools, pool bar, gym, sports court, arcade, and two-mile jogging path around the lake.
- Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out and outlet malls too.
- Great golfing in the area like Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Club.

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The condo is 11.8 miles from the Orlando International Airport. With no traffic, it’s about a 15-minute drive but it’s best to check your mobile map app to get the time with traffic to where the condo is located within the Vista Cay Resort community. 1 out of 2 pools is currently out of service until January 2025.
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.
The condo is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.
WiFi, TV, parking, linens, and towels are provided free for guests during their stay.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items will not be replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
The A/C unit can also be set to heat as well. We ask that you please don't set it any higher than 80℉.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There will be 2 cards access cards for the resort amenities, if they are lost or misplaced 80 USD per card will be charged through Airbnb or deducted from the security deposit. upon your check out, please leave the card where you found it.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access code will be provided within 24 hours before your arrival.
