Great location for Disney, Spacious, well equipped and clean apartment. Bunk beds made it a perfect family apartment - better than all sharing one room! Lovely pool area overlooking the lake. Thanks

We have stayed at the Blue Heron every year for our Disney trips for the last 5 years. We love the location and area. They always provide shuttles to the parks; however, upon arriving this time, they said they no longer had a shuttle as of 1 month ago. Just know that although it says they have a shuttle, they currently do not so plan accordingly. Otherwise, we love Blue Heron and their awesome pools/hot tub/tiki bar/location. :-)

We like the property for what it has to offer..We enjoy being near the lake and the walkway and opportunity to sit out there and enjoy it.We enjoy the balconies that come with the rental.Also nice to sit out and enjoy the views.The outside property well maintained.Great large and small pools and plenty area to sit out..Also outside bar if interested.The inside is comfortable.Bit dated but have no problem with it. you can bring family there for reasonable price..Near many restaurants and stores and maybe 10 min to Disney Springs.Thats a plus.So close to Disney.We enjoy staying there.Look forward to next visit.

The hotel was nice, However the unit we stayed in needed some attention. The bedroom carpet was dirty. There was a mystery wet spot on carpet that did not dry up for the 2 days we were there. Floors were so dirty that our feet turned brown when walking bare foot.There was long hairs left in the toilet and tub. There was mold on the bottom of the curtains in living room. There was a mystery brown spot on the master bedroom toilet near handle. The TV in bedroom is very small. Security chain on exit door is falling off. We did not sleep well because the master bathroom toilet flapper was not sealing property which caused the toilet to run water about every 20 minutes.

It was a unique experience. I wasn't sure what I was going to get or how it would work since it wasn't your standard hotel room, so that was a cause for some anxiety, but that was mostly on me. I was very happy with what we got for the cost. It was as advertised and there were no surprises (which I am very grateful for). I would recommend this place to a friend or book it again if I could guarantee I'd get the room we were assigned.

The furniture in the unit was pretty shabby. The layout was great with two full baths, a kitchen, living and dining area. Streaming services on the tv would have been nice. The apartment could use a coat of paint, especially baseboards and door frames.

We waited for our room from 1030am -345 until we had to call and ask what is going . They never communicated we us . They are not at the property, they work from another property.

It's a condo with beautiful view, just the kitchen sink is leaking. We contacted the front desk of the resort but nobody came to fix it during our 4 days stay. Everything else is excellent.

Overall, I would stay again. My flight arrived late after 1am and the security gaurd was friendly and sweet. The next day, my key was deactivated. I called and called to try to pay the money. The front check in doesnt take payments and I sat there until she finally agreed tp activate my key. No one was answering the other end, so it was a long time of just sitting in the lobby not having access to my room.

Discovered this place few years back for a place to stay with the family while visiting Disney.Since then this is the place we enjoy staying at when we come here.This is our second visit and have not been disappointed.Our grown children even like to stay here now.My daughter is a Disney die hard and has stayed here too.The price is so reasonable and room enough for everyone.Some would say a bit out dated but is comfortable for us..Could update the pillows in living area though.Look old and dated.but it is clean and offers great views of lake..which is why I liked..Near everything.Home away from home.Very affordable.Will continue to visit ..

Blue Heron is located in a great area; fast food places and stores within walking distance. I had a beautiful view from the 10th floor and the lake. The kitchen had all appliances you would have in your own home. The only negatives would be that the bedroom furniture needs updating and no USB ports. I will definitely stay at the Blue Heron again.

Loved the pool, ordering lunch at the cabana was great. The area was amazing and we felt very safe. We loved the convenience of the kitchen and the washer dryer. With small kids that made things much easier. BUT the glass door to our balcony would not lock and the whole apartment could have used a scrub down. The bathrooms and beds were clean but everything else was very dusty (lamp shades and fake flowers with a visible layer of dust. Curtains that were past needing washed, etc.) communication was challenging when just needing more soap. There were definitely not enough toiletries or coffee provided for our 5night stay. The price was also a huge perk. And for that alone I would consider staying there again… but I would be more prepared to do some cleaning when we arrived.

The main pool was closed all week. The pool bar was closed all week. Both toilets would barely flush. They both ran every 30 minutes. The bed spread was dirty...with dirt. It was ver visible. This unit was not inspected before renting. The check in process was awful. They kept saying that we should have received a check in email...we didn't. We had to call a number on a sign in the lobby. I left a message and tried 3 more times. We finally got through to someone to complete the registration process. The people on site are not the management company for the Blue Heron...it's a sister company.
