  • Our home is over 4700sqft of spacious amazing comfort.

    Whether you are on the ground level enjoying the open concept featuring a huge living room area flowing into the dining room nook with a table that seats up to 16 or the fabulous kitchen equipped with dual refrigerators and dual dish washers.

    If relaxation is a priority, stroll out through the sliding door and behold a wonderful lanai where you will find a beautiful, heated pool & spa, lounge chairs including patio furniture completely enclosed.

    Settle in upstairs with a pool table, air-hockey, including wet bar and wine cooler.

    For the guest that loves the movie theater, we got you covered, head over to the garage which has been converted into a theater room with A/C and Heat. There you can pair your mobile device to the entertainment system and stream your movies and enjoy the comfort of a dine-in movie theater.

    For our golfers, the best routine is, play a round at one of the many courses in the area, then return right into the spa for a good recovery and rest up for tomorrow's round.

The rental was just what it said it was Great! The owner was lovely and easy to communicate with. We had to family event in Polk county so a lot of us stayed in house and it fit us perfect. The owner went above for us when we had to bring our pet.

We were a group of 14 ,split about evenly between adults and kids..the house was spacious enough to accommodate everyone without feeling crowded..Jovino,our host was prompt in addressing our concerns( which was handled quickly as it was only a minor issue involving the wifi..the house was clean,and as advertised..do yourself a favor,and book it for your next large gathering !

The house was a perfect fit for our large family reunion. We loved the large communal areas inside and outside, upstairs and down. The kitchen area is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. Our group of 17 ate in each night comfortably. We loved the pool and the hot tub, game room and theatre. There was something for everyone!

The house itself was very nice- definitely suited the size of our party. We loved the movie theater in the garage!! Also close to Disney and Universal Studios. Overall the host was very responsive when we had issues - he got right back in touch with us. He also accommodated us with our travels- as we were traveling from Pennsylvania!

Great communication from the host. Nicely remodeled property. Great pool heat. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Two refrigerators was a plus as well. And can't forget about the amazing theater room!

Exceptional house; everything was clean, thoughtful, well-maintained and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, comfortable and well-appointed; plenty of lamps and light. Pool and hot tub were A-plus; kitchen was well-equipped. Instructions were clear and simple. Communication excellent. Recommend this rental for worry-free accommodation. Would book again tomorrow.

This was a great location with a great host! The house was very spacious, clean, and close by to a lot of activities. We had an issue with heating up the pool and using the movie room and the host was kind and extremely responsive. He addressed the issues immediately. I would recommend this place for a future vacation!

Beautiful Home Great for Families

Loved the upstairs game room, large kitchen with plenty of seating, and movie room with theater seats! Our stay was comfortable and the hot tub was at the right temperature. We had an incredible trip, thanks to our host and the clean accommodations.

We just finished our annual Orlando golf trip. Host was top notch. Communicated with us regularly before, during & afterwards. House was exactly as described. Big spacious, clean and wonderful. Corner lot with plenty of parking close by. Simple keyless entry. Everyone had their own king/queen room and own bath. There was only eight of us so we had extra unused areas. Plenty of room to stretch out. Kitchen area was awesome. Large & open. The two refrigerators were a nice touch. One for food and other for beverages. Plenty of cookware, glassware and accessories. Even had a bowl of extra spices. Salt/pepper etc. Nice touch. Gated safe community with a terrific clubhouse. Within minutes to everything. Golf, Disney, stores & restaurants. Rent this home and you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect house for large group

We are a group of ten senior golfers. We are not into sharing rooms and especially bathrooms. The house size, location and amenities are perfect for what we need. While we have a number of issues with the house upon check in. The owner and management quickly resolved these issues on a timely basis. Thank you for being so responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Memorial Weekend

My family and I got to visit together for the long weekend break. It was a great house with all the amenities that we could ask for while coming together as a family. We tried to utilize the Community Clubhouse pool area, however it was extra busy and we understood why. We enjoyed our very own private pool at the house and was able to save more funds without purchasing additional foods and drinks. LOL!!! We would love the opportunity again one day to stay as a family in your wonderful house.

Men's Golf Trip

Pool was to be heated and reminded mgr, but pool stayed very cold the entire stay. One of two dishwashers was filled with water when we arrived and not working. Strength of this home is the many king/queen bedrooms. Beds had mattress covers and a flat sheet tucked in on top but no fitted sheets.

Excellent stay in Davenport

Our group of 13 (Age 60+couples and singles) stayed at this property for 2 weeks March 2024. The property is exactly as described but furnishings getting a bit outdated. The number of bedrooms with king beds and number of bathroom made it perfect for our large group. Everything you need is included to cook your own meals. 2 dishwashers and refrigerators. The pool and spa were heated as requested and the heat was 88f pool and 103f spa .we also rented the grill and worked perfectly to meet our needs. Good WIFI signal and cable tv service. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the service provided by the house manager John and excellent communication with the owner from the time of booking to our check out. Any flaws or problems were dealt with immediately. We will be staying here again should we return to Davenport.

My stay here was excellent. The host was very responsive to all my needs. The house was big enough for my 16 people party and we were never on top of each other.
