Great stay! Really close walk to beach. Very quiet. Only advise would be to call ahead to request the heat be turned on as quite chilly on arrival and is slow to warm up. Other than that, lovely stay.

The room was comfortable and warm, despite the draft whistling under the door and/or down the fireplace 24/7. The coffee machine was broken, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. The courtesy of the staff was really lovely: when I commented how my dog had difficulty moving around, she asked if i wanted a room on the first floor instead (I can't remember her name right now, but she was super helpful at check-in!) I was also given recommendations for dog-friendly stores in the area.

Great little spot at Hearthstone Inn. Perfect for a winter/off-season stay with a real fireplace and big on coziness. My pup had such a great stay here and the welcome basket for him was such a wonderful touch. I loved the rustic yet well-equipped room, there are a few repairs/touches needed for those not used to a rustic no frills experience. Staff is great and very responsive. Super easy to get anywhere in town and especially to the beach. Would definitely stay again and look forward to it!

Somewhat okay but the room was a bit out dated. The carpet was dirty, the shower floor had a crack in the pan which made a lot of noise when showering I wasn’t sure what I was stepping on. Tv was a pain to operate. All in all it could use some updating. Service was fine. Loved the bed and fireplace.
