Jardin d'orchidées de Dogashima, Nishiizu : hôtels à proximité

« The views are amazing, but the property is quite dated and if you look around the vents and ac you can see lots of dust and mold »

« Beautiful surroundings, service was lovely. Peaceful and serene. Food was beautifully prepared. It would be nice to have a little more direction in how to actually take part in Japanese style bathing for those of us less familiar but there were other patrons around who helped acquaint me with things. »

« What an incredible stay for us. First time to a ryokan (i.e., traditional Japanese inn w/ onsen). What an experience! Hotel is somewhat confusing to navigate, but that is part of the adventure. The public onsen was incredible (note: they swap the male and female sides, so pay ATTENTION!). The room we stayed in was "traditional" in that we had five futons atop tatami. Haven't selpt that well in a long time! The in-room onsen was a bit old school (basically a deep tub), but still oh so magical....

« Beautiful traditional property. »

« Very nice small Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the annex and had a nice room with a balcony and a lovely view. »

« Wonderful hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Food was excellent and really Japanese. It really felt as being living in Japan with great hospitality and friendliness. Beach and hot spa was relaxing and great. »

« Excellent view and unique experience for clamping. We asked in advance whether there’s toilet and bathroom inside the dome and the answer is “yes” . Turn out only shared outdoor bathroom and toilet is available . Maybe it’s because Staff don’t speak fluent English but it’s fine . I love the venue and the bbq and breakfast served by myself very much. Happy that it’s not yet occupied by overseas tourist and excited to explore this new place in Japan. »
