Ideal for a getaway to Alabama's crystal shores, this 3-bed, 4-bath home is the perfect place for a retreat whether you're looking to spend your days relaxing on the beach, enjoying the complex amenities or visiting the abundance of local attractions that the island has to offer!

When you enter this home, you'll find 1507sq ft of inviting, luxurious space to serve as a home base for your next beach vacation! On the first level, the living area offers ample space for lounging around before or after a day spent at the beach and provides a cozy full size sleeper sofa with a flat screen TV. The open floor plan of the living, dining and kitchen area allows you and your travel companions to move around freely without feeling cramped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for creating delicious meals! For your convenience, the first level also features a full bathroom! Outside the living room, you'll find a large, covered porch perfect for enjoying a few drinks or chatting over an evening dinner!
Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided.

On the second level, you'll find master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and an en-suite master bath with a tile shower for you to retire to after a long day of soaking up the sun. Down the hall you will find the 2 guest bedrooms each featuring their own en-suite bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom features a plush queen bed and the second has 2 full size beds. All bedrooms and the living room feature smart TV's with your favorite streaming apps!

The Summer Salt complex features a zero-entry resort style pool, an entertaining cabana, community fire pit and a putting green!
The public beach access is only .5 miles away!

Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: There are 3 reserved parking spots under the home. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
