This was 2nd year staying at the Phoenix- different condos both times. Condo beautifully furnished- all the kitchen amenities- grand children love the lazy river and easy beach access. Highly recommend!

This was a good property for a family vacation. My wife and I, along with our two daughters and their families with children ages 4 - 14 yrs. Between the lazy river, pool, water slide, indoor pool, hot tub, beach, bike/walking trail across the street, there was something for everyone to do. The layout was nice with an awesome kitchen and view of the ocean.

Easter Family Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. However, the kitchen essentials were a very bare minimum and we had to purchase items....oven mitts and sauté pan with a lid to name a few. Also, management was emailed and I never received a response. Everything else was great.
