He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again! »

« At the crest of a steep hill overlooking the Mohawk Valley, the property is well situated. Valerie welcomed us warmly and showed us where to find the necessities. All bathroom facilities work very well. The vicinity is very quiet. Full breakfast was delicious and plentiful. »

« The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it. « Spent the day exploring Cooperstown, and this place fit the experience perfectly. It has a great old-school feel that adds to the charm of the area. If my family and I are ever back this way, we’d absolutely stay here again. It was clean, very spacious, reasonably priced, and had that classic, comfortable atmosphere you just don’t find everywhere anymore. Highly recommend! »

« We checked in on our own for just 10 minutes and left this place. Nobody present to welcome us. No wifi and or internet, all fridges were unplugged. Web everywhere. Trees overgrown on hot tub and pool and many more! »

« While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch. »
