"Check in and arrival: The place really needs a welcome binder. It would be helpful to have everything in one place. For example we could not find parking passes during our visit or the WiFi password. I had to email him and ask him for it.The access code was given the day of, which was great. Beds: Mattresses in some rooms clearly have not been updated in quite some time. Linens, pillows and sheets were nice! Water pressure in the one bathroom upstairs was amazing after 10 showery in a row, the water was still hot!! One negative: no TV in the common area sometimes you just want to relax at night. There’s one in one out of seven bedrooms. One bathroom for seven bedrooms is not enough. The second is not acceptable, nor accessible — it is in the basement, which is terrifying. The ACs are amazing in the whole house and it is nice and cold after a hot day at the beach. The pool table is a nice touch, but … not with the smell in the basement, maybe move it to the front porch or finish the basement. Dan - is super nice and accommodating and remedied problems the best he could such as no toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. The locations is great, you can walk to the beach and downtown. Lastly, the house it really needs a good deep cleaning - it is very dusty. "
