"The hotel and the room were ok. Check in was painful. We had to wait that they checked the room for readiness (even though it was 5:30 pm!) and then one of the hostess went and vacuum the room, so weird! So we had to wait a long time. Breakfast was terrible (all processed foods like if it was a chain). Bed and bathroom were good. "

"The Oneida Community Mansion House makes for a unique and very interesting stay. This is not a typical hotel or Bed and Breakfast experience. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and very quiet. The grounds are lush and park-like. The Mansion provides a look into utopian life in a setting full of ambiance and history. To take full advantage of the site, plan for time to explore and learn from this part of the American story."
