« hotel sans aucun personnel. j'ai recu un code par sms pour ouvrir les portes. le code ne fonctionnait pas . un numero de telephone figurait sur le bureau de l'accueil en cas de problème. j'ai appelé ce numéro, c'etait le numéro de l'accueil ou j'etais ! donc sans personne pour repondre. j'ai du appeler expedia, qui m'a trouvé un autre numero a appeler afin d'obtenir un nouveau code. au total j'ai perdu 2 heures. et la chambre qui m'a ete attribuée n'etait pas celle reservée. j'ai eu une petite...

« Bon hotel confirtable, calme et bien situé près du centre historique. Pas de parking à l hotel mais un parking public à 300m avec un bon prix. « Nous avons loué la chambre en forme de tonneau. Superbe cocon tout neuf avec une belle terrasse en bois et mobilier extérieur. Le cadre est sympa: forêt et vue ( un peu cachée par les arbres) sur le fjord où on voit une ferme à poissons. Calme et silence s’imposent. Nous avons aperçu un daim dans le bois… charmant! Possibilité de payer en plus pour un bain type nordique mais à bulles et sauna, le tout chauffé au bois : extra! Manque qqles détails : une lumière d’appoint dans la chambre type...

« Room was very good, and general property was okay. I had lots of trouble actually getting in the place with the instructions; fortunately, in the pouring rain a resident came along, let me in the place, then gave me helpful instructions for accessing my room. This type of property with no on-site person often presents problems in initial access. »

"Chambre assez petite. Literie moyenne. Le surmatelas n'a pas suffit pour combler le creux sur le matelas (sur un côté du lit). Climatisation forte. Impossible de la régler et de l'éteindre. L'accueil nous a maintenue qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans la chambre mais une extraction d'air. Je maintiens que la Vmc est bien présente dans la salle de bain mais la climatisation souffle bien dans la chambre. Je ne comprends pas que dans les hôtels en Norvège le client soit obligé de supporter une climatisation notamment quand il fait 18 degrés dehors. Pas de coffre fort dans la chambre malgré ce qui est mentionné sur le détail de l'hôtel , ni de bouteille d'eau gratuite d'ailleurs. Peu de chaînes TV étrangères. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. "
