"My experience of B&B Hotel Birmingham Centre was the staff were friendly and helpful with the few interactions I had with them. Check in was a swift process without any hitches. Our room was spotlessly clean and the majority of items were in full working order - air extractor in the bathroom didn't work so it took a while for steam to dissipate and the ability to cast to TV would've been nice. Breakfast area had plenty of seating and there was a very good variety of items to choose from. I liked the bins in rooms had separate sections for recyclable and non-recyclable items. On the whole my visit to this hotel was good to very good, just wasn't too keen on the area where the hotel is located but that is out of their control and they try to keep the exterior of the hotel as presentable as possible."
