« We loved Bluebell farm and the hosts.Lovely Breakfast friendly hosts The only thing we didn't like was the height of the shower head that we had available from the family rooms The shower head was too low for us to stand under so we had to bend over to try and take a shower which was too uncomfortable for me so didn't bother If this was replaced it would be better to have an adjustable one that was higher. »

"Venu pour un WE pour voir des matchs de foot, l’hôtel a coché tout nos critères. Idéalement situé en centre-ville, nous avions seulement 10min de marche pour aller en centre ville et rejoindre la gare. À notre plus grande surprise, nous avons pu récupérer la chambre dès 10H, après avoir atterri assez tôt alors que nous pensions juste pouvoir déposer nos bagages. Tout a été parfait, le confort de la chambre, le p’tit déjeuner plutôt complet, compris dans le prix de la chambre et le prix, environ 150€ pour 2 nuits. Rapport qualité prix au top compte tenu de la localisation."

"Ils m’ont donné la mauvaise chambre sans fenêtres même si j’avais prouvé avec mail en main et photos de la reservation avec l’habitation avec fenêtres. Chambres trop petites. On ne peut marcher entre le lit et le mur que s’en mettant de côté !!! Ne pas venir ici. On peut parfaitement trouver un meilleur hôtel pour le même prix!"

"Pour moi le point le plus positif a été le très bon accueil de la part du personnel qui est très prévenant. L’appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel, propre, une buanderie est à disposition ( a prix très raisonnable) et la bagagerie sécurisée est gratuite A moins de cinq minutes il y a une supérette, en un quart d’heure on arrive à pied dans le centre ville, en un quart d’heure on est à lArena et en cinq minutes on peut profiter du canal pour une ballade. Pour mon prochain séjour à Birmingham je repasserai par cet établissement Ne changez rien !"
