« I had a decent stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well priced. Unfortunately, it’s right in the middle of old city and taxis can only drop off at a stop about 15 mins walking away. It’s up a small alley off an extremely busy road and there are rooftop parties with loud music nearby in the evenings. I wasn’t a fan of the wet bathroom style but for a couple days it wasn’t a huge deal. The hotel manager spoke English but the security attendants do not. Overall, it’s hard to find a...

Only minus is that roads are under construction and positive is it is opposite to police/cop stations. »

![Just part of a massive palce complex in the heart of Udaipur, the palace has mostly been turned into a museum on the inside.

To get this view, take a boat trip out onto the lake, boats are available from within the palace complex (but you have to pay to get in before you even pay for a boat ticket), for a short trip around the lake for the very reasonable price of 200Rs, head to the docks at Lal Ghat.

"Pour la première nuit, nous étions au 1er étage. Nous avons très peu dormi car beaucoup de bruit à cause du personnel et des gens qui rentrent tard. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Notre chambre se situait au 3eme etage beaucoup moins bruyant. Le personnel est bienveillant, l’hôtel magnifique mais comme la plupart des hôtels en inde, il n’y a aucune isolation. Le lit était confortable. "
