Located in an exclusive resort community with its own 9-hole, par-3 golf course boasting 7 swimming pools (one heated), a private clubhouse, your dream holiday getaway offers you the perfect mix of tranquillity and a beautiful resort-style holiday only a short drive away from everything else Marbella has to offer. The space The ideal holiday home for those looking for something special away from the Coast’s hustle and bustle while still only a short drive into the heart of it all. As you enter the apartment, you will find the kitchen directly ahead with its attached laundry room and the living/dining area and main terrace to your right. To the left of the living room, is one bedroom and a family bathroom and the master bedroom with its ensuite. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small apartment block of five apartments and can be accessed either by an elevator or by a single flight of stairs. The community is a very secure, private and gated community. You will be provided with access keys to both the apartment as well as the community’s external gates, a security fob to access the leisure facilities at the clubhouse and a garage door opener to access the underground parking as well. The apartment has one allocated underground parking space for you to use during the duration of your stay. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy and appreciate ensuring every aspect of your holiday home meets and exceeds your expectations.
