Perfectly positioned near the old town of Marbella, this luxury 4-bedroom penthouse duplex with private terraces paints the perfect scene for a carefree holiday with family and friends.  
  
Also available for longer term rental in winter season. Please ask for special prices.  
  
The duplex penthouse for 8 is located right in the centre of Marbella, only a few steps from the beach. Inside, the beautiful air-conditioned penthouse boasts a light and spacious layout, with a contemporary open-plan living room with sofa, flat-screen TV and free WiFi featuring alongside an equally stylish dining area and integrated luxury kitchen on the terrace. The glazed double-aspect doors lead out onto a fantastic private terrace, with outdoor space providing a heavenly summertime flow. Accompanying the splendid entertaining areas are four spacious double bedrooms (one of which offers an en-suite shower room), complemented by 2 more bathrooms.  
  
Outside, the private terrace provides a fabulous spot for day-night entertaining and relaxation, with a stylish alfresco dining set and seating area provided with kitchen facilities. The apartment is easily reached by lift and is complemented by 1 allocated small parking space within the residence garage located at barely 100 meters from the beach and surrounded by the best restaurants on the coast.

Gute Lage mitten im pulsierenden Marbella.Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt, allerdings deutlich verbraucht und nicht sehr sauber. Besonders die Küche hatte viele schmutzige Ausstattungen. Für Urlaub mit Freunden geht es, allerdings für Familien würde ich es nicht empfehlen

Fabulous holiday in a gorgeous apartment, super location near the beach and old town. Perfect for a week exploring Marbella and the surrounding areas. Anna was so helpful and suggested some lovely places to visit, restaurants etc. We’d love to return!

Great central location, very comfortable, spacious, very well equipped. One shower wasn't working well, one shutter was broken and BBQ gas was empty. The gas was remedied the next day and the local agent was great to deal with.
