"We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Issue #1: Lack of Housekeeping The room was not cleaned even once during our two-night stay. The towels were not replaced, and the trash can was never emptied. This was the first time we have ever experienced a hotel where no housekeeping service was provided during our stay. In addition, because the hotel operates contactlessly, there was no staff available in the lobby to address our concerns. Issue #2: Bugs in the Bed During our stay, we were bitten by bugs while sleeping and woke up with numerous bites on our bodies. On the first day, we found a small dead brown bug on the bed. On the morning of the second day, because we suspected there were bugs in the bed, we carefully searched the comforter and bedding and found two more bugs, which we killed. We took photographs of the dead bug as well as the stains on the comforter. We chose this hotel because many reviews described it as a romantic destination. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and left us with unpleasant memories rather than the relaxing experience we had expected."

"We had an amazing experience at this property. The host was communicative and super accommodating. The house was perfect for our whole family. And the kids especially loved the theater room. The yard was a huge hit for our dogs as well. Would definitely return next time we visit the desert."

"Our stay at Aurelia's spot was lovely! We especially enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings, and watching the birds that gathered near the pond. We had two families and we were all incredibly comfortable and would definitely stay here again, and recommend this spot to anyone traveling through the area. Thank you, Aurelia!"

Modern, Luxurious Home on Rams Hill Golf Course

"The house was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and included 1 King in the primary and 2 Queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom (not futon pictured) which was great. Functional kitchen with all equipment/utensils provided. Close walking distance to the community pool. Millions of stars to gaze up at night. Will return again in future."
