BOAT RENTALS: Pontoon and/or Cobalt Power Boat available for rent during your stay.
24 ft Pontoon boat 60hp(14-16) $2,250 per week, $395 per day if under 7 nights.
21 ft Cobalt ski boat $3500 per week, $595 per day if under 7 nights.
Boat rentals will require separate lease/terms .

NOTE: the house rental rates posted are based upon a 6 or 7 night stay. If you wish to stay for 4 to 5 nights the rate is $350.00 per night more than the posted rate. If you instant book for less then 7 nights this will not populate automatically and we will need to edit the rental rates manually or by email or phone call. We will typically waive this extra rate if you book 4 to 5 night gaps between other reservations.
