"From the moment you arrive, the experience feels off. The valet area was pitch dark, and the entrance was completely uninviting. The casino floor was dirty, with overflowing ashtrays, beer bottles, and empty drinks scattered everywhere. The spa was no better. The jacuzzi had visible grime, and the floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in days. The steakhouse was mediocre at best, and the prices for food, drinks, and even basic convenience items were outrageously high. To make matters worse, several staff members were rude and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. I will not be returning. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"CLEAN ROOM AND NICE DESIGN"

"My daughter and I needed a last-minute room and we we're working with a small budget. We booked the room last minute. When I showed up the woman working at the front desk was very pleasant. She inquired as to why we were there when I told her it was for a tournament she wished my daughter good luck. Knowing it was just my daughter and I, they said she would give us the room closest to the office. The room was very clean and it made us smile to see swan's made out of towels resting on the bed. When we needed 15 extra minutes in the morning we were told it would be absolutely no problem. I must say we were so happy with our room and the whole experience!"

"Exceeded expectations for the price of the room. We stayed in the Waterfront Towers and the room was nice, the bathroom was spacious and clean. Lots of food options and had a resort vibe. Had a great time!"
