« Grande chambre, bien propre, bien éclairée, Tout marche. Matelas bien épais mais manque un peu de soutien. Chambre accessible handicapé, réservée par erreur, mais qui est bien adaptée. Petit déjeuner à minima comme souvent. Calme. »

« Petit bungalow cosy. On en aurait pris un plus grand si nous étions restées plus d’une nuit ou si tous les bungalows n’avaient pas été pris. Le lieu est populaire et le propriétaire prévoit la construction de nouveaux bungalows. »

« The bed was nice and the tv was big, shower was hot, besides the fridge not working, other guests stomping around at 3am; no front desk hotline to answer the phone, no parking, it was one of the worst places. Oh and they will charge you $30/day for pets- not in the fine print. Will not stay here again. You could t pay me to stay here again. »

« Quiet hotel and great location to down town. Had a smaller continental breakfast.
The parking spaces are very small. The room was clean but had a smell to it. Probably because of being close to the ocean. We had the window open our entire stay. Staff members were all very friendly. It was $400/night when we stayed because of Rod Run. I don’t think it’s worth it but understand everyone charges sooooo much more for that weekend. »

« The Mermaid Inn is one of our favorite motels. The rooms are decorated with a Mermaid/nautical style with some retro appliances. Overall gives a very homey feeling. Rooms are very clean, staff is really friendly and helpful.
Situated between a gas station/store and a Mexican restaurant you have access to fresh food and all the amenities you might have forgotten to pack. Like much of the Long Beach peninsula, the Mermaid is quiet and laid back...but still in walking distance to "downtown" and...
