    Let your stresses drift away in our renovated 2nd floor walk up condo with modern amenities including Corian countertops, new appliances, and a full size washer/dryer. Our unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen mattress in the bedroom and a pull out queen sleep sofa in the family room. The ideal condo for your making your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

    Ideal mid-town location close to many great restaurants, shops, and activities. Walk to Seacrets, Coconuts Beach Bar, Dumser's Dairyland, Belly Busters, K-Coast Surf Shop, 45th St Taphouse, Barn 34, Shotti's Point, 48th St WaterSports, and many more.

Had a very smooth process, and great communication before and during our stay. The location was phenomenal, and it was nice to have parking right underneath the building. Close to the beach and really good restaurants.
