Upon entering, you'll come across a spotless open floor plan that seamlessly combines the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The dining area is made up of a four-person dining table right by the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts modern, stainless steel appliances, including a convenient dishwasher, coffee maker, and oven. There is also a kitchen island with four bar stools for extra dining space, perfect for quick breakfasts or meals on the go.

Lounge in the inviting living room area while the central A/C cools down the entire condo in the blink of an eye. The living room offers a three-person sofa along with a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Roku and Youtube TV. There is also a stackable washer/dryer combo in case things get sandy. Kick back on the balcony off the main bedroom while you stream some tunes with the free WiFi and sip an ice-cold beverage in the warm ocean air. This family-friendly condo offers one bedroom with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Roku, balcony, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and your very own jetted tub. Additionally, you and your lucky guests will be granted access to a shared outdoor pool.

Less than a block from the beach and a short walk to mouthwatering seafood restaurants, the very best of Ocean City will be within a quick reach. You'll be about two miles north of Jolly Roger Amusement Park and three miles from the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk.

The home is all one level located on the first floor of the building. The building is elevated however so guests will need to climb 18 steps to get to the home's door to access the condo.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
