Then look no further than this first-floor Ocean City condo! Upon entering, you'll come across a spotless open floor plan that seamlessly combines the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The dining area is made up of a four-person dining table right by the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts modern, stainless steel appliances, including a convenient dishwasher, coffee maker, and oven. There is also a kitchen island with four bar stools for extra dining space, perfect for quick breakfasts or meals on the go. Lounge in the inviting living room area while the central A/C cools down the entire condo in the blink of an eye. The living room offers a three-person sofa along with a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Roku and Youtube TV. There is also a stackable washer/dryer combo in case things get sandy. Kick back on the balcony off the main bedroom while you stream some tunes with the free WiFi and sip an ice-cold beverage in the warm ocean air. This family-friendly condo offers one bedroom with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Roku, balcony, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and your very own jetted tub. Additionally, you and your lucky guests will be granted access to a shared outdoor pool. What's nearby: Less than a block from the beach and a short walk to mouthwatering seafood restaurants, the very best of Ocean City will be within a quick reach. You'll be about two miles north of Jolly Roger Amusement Park and three miles from the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Things to know: There are two high chairs. Pull out queen sofa in the living room. Until further notice due to local restrictions and regulations shared amenities may not be available at the time of your stay. The home is all one level located on the first floor of the building. The building is elevated however so guests will need to climb 18 steps to get to the home's door to access the condo. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The pool was completely closed which was a bummer so we hope that's fixed soon. Walking distance to a lot of fun restaurants and bars. The check in was a little difficult because I was given the wrong passcode to get in. Aug 4, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice relaxing spot Nice little condo with good location close to beach and other nice spots to enjoy in Ocean City. If beach is more important than boardwalk this is prime spot close to alot of nice bars and nice spots to eat. House was clean just some sand under the bed/cabinets no big deal. Wish instructions to check in where sent earlier in process was sent an email 8 hours before check in if that, and 4 hr drive so had to figure out what to do once there by calling vacasa. Although it could have been much worse. It could have been better. So I would say it was alright, neighbors in this area complex very noisy. Clean enough except we had to throw trash away from someone who previously stayed and found a sock on the floor but nothing we called about so no worries. The beds were also SUPER soft. The problem was there was about 30 to 40 teenagers hanging out on the corner of 56 Street and directly under that unit. They were hanging out watching cars ride up and down the streets burning rubber with and very loud mufflers. I even had to park on 55th St. because they had one of their vehicles parked in my spot and they took over the whole corner of the property. That continued until a little after midnight. ##### Bud B. As soon as we walked into the condo, we noticed the floors were dirty with broken up cookies left under the kitchen table. Before even getting unpacked and settled, I had to run the vacuum in each room of the place to get the floors cleaned. The stove top, tub and dining room table were also dirty and had to be cleaned before getting situated. There were handprints all over the table and the stove had leftover food particles on it. The kitchen sink had virtually no pressure and was unusable for the duration of our trip. There were no instructions on how to use the jacuzzi tub and turning the knobs didn't turn on the jets. The lock on the sliding door leading to the balcony didn't work, so the door was unlocked while we were away or asleep, which was concerning. There were instructions not to adjust the thermostat below 70 or else the central air unit would freeze. So each night, we woke up sweating unable to adjust the temperature to a comfortable setting. With all of these issues, we decided to leave a day early to relax at our own home. ##### Phillip E. Everything was very clean and in a great location for someone trying to be in the middle of everything but not on the boardwalk. Our only 2 problems were the dryer takes 300 minutes to dry anything... no big deal though. We had the time. The main problem was the title of the listing says JETTED jacuzzi tub.... it’s broke. Nice bath tub but they really shouldn’t promote a jetted tub is the jets don’t work. Only real complaint... will book again if we head there next year! ##### Leah L.
