"Very clean premises and room. Very attentive and friendly desk staff. I like that there is a nope pet policy. Other hotels in the area are pet friendly and they stink and get ruined. I didn't use other available amenities but I'm sure it's all outstanding."

"Night time desk and front of house security are amazing. Very customer service driven, made me felt welcome every time I entered as we stayed 2 nights. One bad experience with the morning desk worker. Not sure of the exact policy but I asked if there was anyway she could make a one time exception to allow my sister and myself to check out 1 hour later than normally scheduled. She said ‘uhm yea we could but I’ll have to charge yah 50 bucks.’ I payed $304 after tax for 2 nights and 3 days. That was for me personally, an extremely terrible customer service experience after having an amazing time regardless of that. Plus, that was our last interaction before we left, which was kind of disappointing as we were very excited initially to come back and that kind of hindered our future choices now. I know in certain situations it is out of the discretion of the manager. It was our first time spending the night there. As someone who has worked in customer service for 17 years and seven of those in management to me the correct customer service thing to have done would’ve been to let us check out one hour late as there was over 900 rooms. Besides that we had a great experience!"

"The place is great location great and set up fabulous, BUT a few things need work on that property. The back sofa outside is filled with mold. I had to hose it down just to get rid of the smell.the planters outside are falling apart and can be dangerous with little kids. the dryer also would sometimes make this screeching loud noise i could rarely use it. Lastly, around the outside of deck needs a thourough spring cleaning. The place is great if they would upkeep it. I will have to look for another house a bit cleaner for next year. it is still a great place but more for people who dont care about above."

"The home was nice and spacious and exactly what was described. Our favorite room was the family room upstairs, it was large enough for us to host another family for a bbq dinner. Another plus was having two AC controls for the upstairs and downstairs and the number of full bathrooms. The host was quick to respond and resolve my concerns which I greatly appreciated. I loved the location because it was close to the restaurants and shops which meant we didn’t have to walk a dark gauntlet back home after dinner. Overall, the home was lovely and comfortable and we loved our stay!"

"Thank you so much! We stayed here two years ago to the day. Again, we had a magical few days of laughter, joy, family fun! So much provided that was so convenient and appreciated for a wonderful escape. Towels, games, warm cozy bedding, bikes, beach chairs. So many great kitchen essentials provided. Great location. You couldn't ask for a better!"
