"Unfortunately this was just a quick overnight stay for an early morning hospital appt. 4 minutes from SR Memorial! We've stayed here many times and always love it. Pool area is great, restaurant is great. We love it here! Signage needs to be improved to find check in lobby though. Very convenient hotel/resort!"

"Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick. Hot tub was hot. The free breakfast was great- waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. Location was across the street walking distance to Costco and Applebee’s. They had a great stay. "

"Great overall experience. The property and staff were amazing. We were upgraded rooms upon our arrival which gave a view of the bay and sunset. The only negatives which weren’t big were a couple of down Tesla chargers but we were able to eventually charge in others once they opened up. We will definitely stay again "

"Nice place but you have to move your every two hours or will get a ticket. AC was out and the room was 84 degrees. Room windows did not open. Was very rough sleeping in the heat"

"Average all around. Check-in was bad because a guest was cussing someone out down at the end of the rooms. I tried to call the front desk twice about this, but they never answered the phone. Police were called by someone, though, and responded quickly. We wanted a second floor room but were told the king kitchenette wouldn’t be ready for 40 more minutes even though it was 4:10 pm. My opinion is that all the rooms should be ready by the 4 PM check-in time. We downgraded to a standard room so that we could get off the bottom floor and not have to wait 40 minutes. Front desk clerk was friendly, but we saw no one there for backup. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was adequate."
