"Ended up arriving in the middle of the night due to late start for my travel itinerary. Woman at the front desk was very nice and worked quickly to check me in so I could get to sleep right away. Other family members have stayed here previously so would recommend. "

"There is a distinct odor near room 427. The bathroom floor-sticky. There was no blanket or duvet on the bed. There were iil fitting sheets. When we asked over and over again for a blanket we were told: be right up and also on other occasions that there are none. The filter in the bathroom doesn’t function and is an excellent dust collector. The bathroom mirror had two burned out lights. This was not the room I reserved. Worst room ever. Get it together. Be better. Families go there and deserve to be respected more. The staff was inadequate. "

"More attention needed to cleanliness; curtains had stains on them. Bed sheets, pillows, towels were all clean. No trash can in room and when asked none were available. Elevator and pool not working all weekend, sounded like these have been down for a while. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Did not pay for breakfast, lots of options close by."
