« Très bel hôtel, un personnel hyper accueillant et très agréable. Je souffre d'allergies alimentaire et me suis sentie entendue et bien prise en charge. C'est très rassurant et malheureusement pas toujours le cas. Les chambres sont propres, rien à redire de ce côté-là. La piscine et le coin spa est facile d'accès et calme. C'est très joli et cela permet bien de se détendre. Seule petit point négatif: la salle de bain DANS la chambre qui limite sérieusement l'intimité. Les toilettes ne sont pas...

À à peine 15 minutes à pieds du port de Spiez et une vingtaine de minutes en voiture de la ville de Thoune qui est une très belle ville. « We only spend one night in that hotel and we thought it was great. We ate in the restaurant and it was very good. The room was big and clean as was the bathroom. A minor problem about the bathroom was that the blind could not be wound down, as the mechanism was broken, and although the window was opaque glass, with the light on we felt a little exposed. The location was great and we were given a free passes for the bus to Thun town centre which we did use. The breakfast was varied and...

"Ce fut notre deuxième sejour au chalet. Toujours aussi merveilleux. Il y a tout ce qui faut pour le confort et passer un merveilleux séjour. La propreté est impeccable et il y a tout ce qu'il faut en linge de toilette, de lit, plaid, vaisselle, produit d'entretien etc. Nous sommes encore venu avec notre chien et tout est bien conçu pour. Si vous venez avec votre chat il y a même un griffoir !Quant au jaccuzi c'est le plus propre, le plus agréable et le plus qualitatif que nous avons fait. N'ayez pas peur des WC ils sont originaux mais confortable et facile à nettoyer !Le seul bémol reste le bruit de fond la nuit (la veille de la VMC) , la legere odeur dans la salle de douche et l'absence de debit du robinet de la salle de douche. Nous risquons fortement d'y revenir une troisième fois....!"
