Palais à Oak Ridge

« I have stayed at this property many times in the past and was happy with everything »

« Jayden and April were amazing and truly helpful. If I go back it would be because of them. Room’s ceilings are thin. I heard every step the person above me made. Other than that. Great hotel. »

« Tout était parfait ! Le petit déj toujours un peu difficile pour un européen :-) »

« 😃 »

« They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times. »

« This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain. »

« They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. »

« Clean, affordable, close to restaurants and shops »

« The property was as described, clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend. »

« Quiet neighborhood, older home but immaculately maintained! Very cozy and beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay again! »

« Overall was a nice stay. Stayed two nights for a concert nearby. Very spacious and clean. Only giving 4 stars due to no ceiling fans in the rooms.Other than that great find for reasonable price !! »

« Good »

« Staff was helpful and very kind. Parking is exceptional »

« Personnel aimable, courtois et accueillant. Environnement paisible et facile d’accès aux voies rapides. Ce serait bien pour l’environdement s’ils pouvaient utiliser des ustensiles en stainless. »
