Modern and comfortable, it is the ideal place to enjoy the summer atmosphere here to the fullest. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. It is fully air-conditioned, so you can enjoy pleasant room temperatures here even on hot summer days.



    On the roof there is a covered terrace with a jacuzzi and phenomenal sea views. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with a covered terrace and a summer kitchen where you can prepare delicious dishes.

Die Lage ist top, zu fuß ist man schnell am Strand oder in Novigrad, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck. Auch Poreč und Umag sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Preis Leistung gefällt mir jedoch leider nicht. Im Haus gabs es einige Makel (kaputte Liege, kaputte Sonnenschirm, kaputtes Kühlschrankfach. Für den Preis des Hauses erwarte ich einen perfekten Zustand! Noch dazu ist man ,nur‘ in Novigrad wo im Gegensatz zu anderen Städchen nicht all zu viel geboten ist. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt trotzdem okay, wäre nur super wenn alle Makel beseitigt werden!
