"Wonderful. Jason at front desk was so kind. We arrived around 1:30 and he found us a room available right away, and with a city view! (He also gave us free breakfast for the next morning, which we slept in too late to use, but still nice) We came into town for a Guardians game, so it was wonderful to see Progressive Field out the window. And walked only a few minutes to the stadium. Room was nice. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Will stay again for sure."

"Very neat to have a hotel in a historic renovated office building. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Carpet from the hallway leading to the room entry was very soiled. Meals were great. The traffic noise was a little loud and annoying when trying to sleep. Would suggest bringing a white noise maker or better yet could be a nice amenity the hotel could consider providing."
