"My overall experience was nice. My room was clean, but a bit dated. The shower could have been warmer. The staff were great. I will probably stay here again on my next visit to Reno."

"Staff were super friendly and check-in was a breeze. Unfortunately we were put in the outside “west wing” building, which was beautiful but noisy. We were just next to the entrance stairs and ice machine, so we expected some traffic; the upstairs ‘neighbors’ got ‘home’ around 2am and we could hear every footstep, jump, scuffle, etc. making it difficult to fall asleep. The bed was comfortable, the room was great, the room service was fantastic and WORTH IT! Hard to go wrong at the Peppermill, just be sure to book second floor/center room if you book an outside building!!"

"I didn’t like the long walk to our room sky tower. Also a lot of the excavators were broke down. The employees mostly all polite. Need to have more places for breakfast, well that are open all week. The places for lunch and supper were awesome."
