Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. Of course it did, upon checking out I explained and was told by a tearful lady who was more worried about a personal phone call that she couldn't do anything, I would need to speak to manager tomorrow, when I'm 5 hours away. "The apartment was spotless and exactly as listed. Trudy was very nice and wanted to do everything in her power to be accommodating as possible! Their restaurant downstairs is a must! The next time we stay in this area I will be sure to check for availability."
