« Le lieu est pittoresque, bien situé, vieillot mais bien entretenu. C’est confortable et abordable. Nous avons pris les deux repas du soir au restaurant de l’hôtel : c’était simple mais très bon. Excellent service, les gens sont gentils. La mer est tout près, en arrière, et on peut s’y rendre facilement à pied. L’endroit est étonnamment tranquille si on considère que ça tient lieu de bar et de restaurant pour tout le village et que nous y étions un samedi soir. »

« Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. »

« Établissement difficile à trouver, il s’agit finalement du Holiday Inn. Une affiche papier sur la porte d’entrée indique le nouveau nom de l’hôtel mais cela ne fait pas officiel. Parking payant alors qu’il est indiqué en libre service sur l’annonce. Ascenseurs sales (taches de boissons collantes au sol). Le chauffage dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nous avions un petit chauffage d’appoint qui faisait des étincelles une fois branché… nous avons donc dormi sans chauffage, avec une...

« L'endroit est magnifique, hotel et environs. tout est conforme à ce qu'on attend d'un grand hotel: chambres, service attentionné, très bonne cuisine, etc. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le golf mais il semblait parfait. En revanche nous avons utilisé la plage voisine de Balmenie, qui est splendie. Seul regret, de devoir quitter cet endroit. »
