From the start when we got to the gates the guards were so nice but very meticulous with security ( that was a huge piece of mind) then the lobby staff are amazing and it was cool sooo a huge plus too! Than the bell boy and the rooms,the room cleaning staff as well as the pool and restaurant's staff were amazing and the FOOD, the FOOD IS DELICIOUS!! Literally music, games or shows every single night! I recommend 100% without a doubt! I will come back next year with more family. Kathia Lopez "
