And they worked with us to make sure that we were comfortable and to make sure that we had everything we needed, they're incredibly knowledgeable, they run a very tight ship. « This whole experience was horrible my room was infested with roaches & other bugs then my room had no pillows, tv didn’t work, majority of the lights didn’t work, I had even gotten locked in my room for 3hrs because that’s how long it took me to reach the front desk to get them to come unlock it with their master key »
