« What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the people and the facility showed pride and care in going the extra mile. Rooms, hallway, dining area were all immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were politely helpful and kind. Loved the room layout and it was beyond comfortable. « Love the decor in the hotel lobby and pool was lovely! Comfortable bed and quiet at night. A few updates might be good. Like lamps by the bed with outlets to plug in phones, maybe a vending machine on each floor would be more convenient as well. A small area that sells snacks and toiletries etc would be great also! « We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization »
