"We last visited Eleuthera 40 years ago for our honeymoon. Yes, there have been some changes, however it remains a destination for unspoiled beaches. The Simple Life Cottage was the perfect place to experience this. Watching the sunrise in the morning and seeing a million stars at night. Magical watching fireflies in the nature landscape. Also enjoyed the surprising visits from a friendly Potcake. White like a ghost, as quick as she appeared she would disappear. Explored the history and culture of the neighboring town, be sure and visit Governor’s Harbour for the Friday night fish fry. Thank you for sharing your little slice of Heaven on Earth."

"Desert Rose was terrific from start to finish. The cozy house sits atop a beautifully turquois piece of the Atlantic ocean. Perfect for what we wanted...to simply relax and be in the surroundings of a largely untrafficed island. Given the central location of the property on Eluthera we traveled the island from top to bottom and enjoyed all of our adventuring and dining. "This was our fourth visit to the island of Eleuthera and our favorite place to stay thus far. At Conch'd Out you are central to most ammenities including grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, tourist points (Leons Levy, Tippys) boutique shops and the historic town of Governors Harbour. (Approx 10 min drive) YET you are in a quiet suburb, off the beaten track. You have direct access to a gorgeous, secluded beach with soft powdery sand, just steps away from your door! The turquois blue waters of the ocean are mesmerizing. We had no desire to go anywhere else as this truly was the best place to be. A true Bahamian experience. The bungalow is well appointed and has everything you will need for a weeks stay. Excellent communicaton between the property manager, Anne, and the villas owners made our stay even more enjoyable. We cannot wait to return!!"

"It was an Amazing vacation and a great property. Miss Ruby's was a great house , with wrap around deck , pool house and pool . An amazing 5 min walk to the pink sand beach we walked on every morning. Governors Harbor was a wonderful place to stay. The locals were so friendly and gave great advice on what to see and do. We all want to come back already!"
