Consistently comfortable and welcoming. ### 4/5 - Good Verified traveller Nice place for young people; outdoor patio, liquor store nearby. Brand new hotel. Good location for those visiting family in Nanaimo or Ladysmith. Very close drive to the Nanaimo airport. ### 4/5 - Good Verified traveller Oyster Bay/ Ladsmith were really nice but Nanaimo is so dirty and poor! Homeless people were sleeping in flower beds. ### 4/5 - Good Verified traveller Make sure you notice their lower speed limits. The police are EVERYWHERE pulling people over by the dozens and they don’t give warnings. Speeds 30km/h over the speed limit is an automatic impound of your vehicle for 7 days.
