There is a Tim Hortons and A&W walking distance but if there was a family restaurant close by it would be perfect.

There isn’t much around the hotel but it’s close to the highway and the airport and only a few minutes from Ladysmith

Nice place for young people; outdoor patio, liquor store nearby. Brand new hotel. Good location for those visiting family in Nanaimo or Ladysmith. Very close drive to the Nanaimo airport.

Oyster Bay/ Ladsmith were really nice but Nanaimo is so dirty and poor! Homeless people were sleeping in flower beds.

Make sure you notice their lower speed limits. The police are EVERYWHERE pulling people over by the dozens and they don’t give warnings. Speeds 30km/h over the speed limit is an automatic impound of your vehicle for 7 days. Be careful.
