"My husband and I are planning on retiring on the island and wanted to see what it was like in the winter. The Inn at the Sea was a great location. The condo had all the amenities we needed. The beds were the MOST comfortable beds we have ever slept in…could’ve had stayed forever. Beautiful location. ..."

Oct. 10, 2019Nice place for young people; outdoor patio, liquor store nearby. Brand new hotel. Good location for those visiting family in Nanaimo or Ladysmith. Very close drive to the Nanaimo airport.

Sep. 16, 2019Oyster Bay/ Ladsmith were really nice but Nanaimo is so dirty and poor! Homeless people were sleeping in flower beds.

Aug. 20, 2019Make sure you notice their lower speed limits. The police are EVERYWHERE pulling people over by the dozens and they don’t give warnings. Speeds 30km/h over the speed limit is an automatic impound of your vehicle for 7 days. Be careful.
