Mar Vista 1008 Direct Oceanfront in/outdoor pool

  • Wow. Simply stunning! This direct oceanfront, newly renovated, 3 Br condo in Mar Vista Grande has everything. It's on the 10th floor with elevator access. The bathrooms and kitchen have been totally renovated. The private balcony is accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This unit is high, on the 10th floor with amazing ocean and beach views. The unit has many upscale features including granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, full kitchen, flat screen TVs, and crown molding. The entire condo has been upgraded with LVP flooring.

    **NOTE: Parking on the ground floor of parking garage is for high top and over sized vehicles ONLY per HOA**



    Go ahead, indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.

    Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Perfect family vacation! Excellent ocean front views! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all modern amenities, Communication with the host was excellent as well. Convenient location in North Myrtle Beach! All of the family enjoyed our stay. Lovely balcony, out door pool, indoor pool, lazy river and hot tub. We would stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo at Mar Vista! Checking in and out was flawless, all amenities were as described- beds were comfortable, the access to beach equipment was a nice touch, and it was a wonderful stay. Enjoyed being able to do laundry as needed, appliances were great and easy to use. This is a must stay condo for your next trip to Mar Vista Grande!

We have stayed at Mar Vista many times. This was one of the nicest units thus far. The one stand out are the showers. Each bathroom features a fully renovated shower in each bathroom. The check in process was seamless and Chanda responded quickly to any inquiries I had. The property itself is why we come back every year. The location and properties amenities cannot be beat!

We had the Best Time!

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife, 2 daughters, and myself. Plenty of space and everything was kept very nice. There is an extra room that we did not use so I would think this place could very comfortably accommodate 6-10 people. All amenities are very nice and we spent most of our days at the outdoor pool soaking in the sun. Very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. This was our second time staying here and we will for sure be back!

This place was incredible! 100% recommend!!! I am 54 and I love to travel! This was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. We had a fun girls weekend and will be coming back for sure. Actually makes me want to purchase a unit for myself!

Great family vacation place! The unit was spacious enough that we could all be together, but enough private space too. It was clean and well stocked. The balcony had great views of the beach and ocean along with the benefit of an ocean breeze. Highly recommend!! Will be back next time we are in N Myrtle Beach.
