"Well done planning and conservation of historical building. "Deep" cleaning of pet friendly units could be better for those with severe allergies to pets. A friend that visited was very allergic to pets, and could not stop sneezing and was very congested while in the unit. Perhaps steam cleaning of furniture could assist to kill dander allergens. Overall an amazing place! Staff was tremendously accommodating, and the building was in impeccible condition! Highly recommended!"

"The Laundry Rooms are a fantastic place to stay in downtown/Corktown area of Hamilton. Their suites are gorgeous. The kitchen amenities are full- a rare thing in other “kitchenettes”. Needs improvement: too many txts to confirm and reconfirm etc. Had trouble connecting w them to pay the parking. "
