"Their staff is always friendly and smiling when they greet you. We came down late for the breakfast time and they offered us some snacks anyway which was super nice of them. "

"Paid for a balcony room, which was an additional fee. Got there and was told they had no king suites. So they gave me a 2 queen room. No towels, no trash lining, so soaps or make up cloths. There was hair in the rub and dust all over. I called front desk for towels they brought them the next morning. They told me to shower in the room next door. That room was a king suite. The room didn’t have a balcony. It looked like all the balcony rooms were being remodeled. "

"I almost hate to say this, but why would you stay at any other proton Bismarck unless you want a pool? YOU wouldn’t! Been staying there since my kids were young and that’s a long time! Never been disappointed even once!"
