« Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others! »

« We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. »

« A wonderful home in every way. Jil is a wonderful host, excellent communicator, and answered all our questions quickly and sincerely. The house is also in a great location, both quiet and very close to attractions and shopping. It's a great choice for a trip to Williamsburg and Jamestown. If I ever return to the area, this house will definitely be my first choice. The interior is elegantly designed, and the pool is well-equipped to meet my needs. Thank you, Jil. »

« Great place, great location, family friendly and lots of things to do on and off premises. Went with my 2 girl friends and all of our kids and had a blast! 11 in total and we were all very comfortable the beds are amazing, clean, nice staff, easy to communicate with. Will book again. »

« Amazing! James is a fantastic host. He was quick to answer questions or to pop over to help if we needed anything. Top notch fellow. The property was perfect for our needs! Our teens loved staying in the game room....couldnt get them off the pool table!The river location is stunning and filled with local history. Located about half an hour from Williamsburg so quick enough (for me!) to get to "all the things" while also being able to "get away from it all" here. We hated to leave and hope to...
