Noisy neighbors live upstairs, which can be distracting if you plan on spending a large majority of your time inside. Otherwise, there is a park and beach nearby, while being located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Personally, I will not return, but I recommend to anyone looking for a new experience in Norfolk, VA."
